Great Place to Work, the global people analytics and consulting firm that helps organizations achieve better business results by focusing on the work experience of all employees, released the ranking of The Best Places to Work in Argentina 2021.

August 5 and 6 Argentina: Why do we celebrate Beer and IPA Day in August? On the first Thursday and Friday of August, tribute is paid to the alcoholic beverage in 207 cities in 50 countries. The custom has been adopted since 2007.

For this ranking, more than 2 million employees from more than 1,000 organizations in 20 Latin American countries were surveyed on the key factors that create great workplaces for all, and the companies’ cultural practices were analyzed.

Companies are also evaluated on how well they are succeeding in creating positive For All™ experiences, which implies that there is consistency in the positive experience that employees have on a day-to-day basis, no matter who you are or what you do in the organization.

Great Place to Work defines the list of The Best Places to Work™ in Latin America by surveying employees on the key factors that create great places to work for all and analyzing the workplace policies and practices of companies that impact more than 2 million employees in Latin America.

For the first time in virtual format, Great Place to Work® Central America & Caribbean recognized the work of 132 organizations that applied the climate and culture diagnostic study during 2020, in the middle of the pandemic.

The sectors that stand out in the edition of the Best Places to Work® 2021 Ranking are the Manufacturing and Production Sector with a representation of 31%; Financial Services and Insurance, 22%; Telecommunications and Information Technology, 10% and the remaining percentage is distributed in Professional Services, Health Care, Transportation, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and minority sectors such as Retail.

When segmenting these findings by generations, of the total number of employees surveyed, 67% represent Generation “Y” known as Millenials; 25% Generation “X”; 5% Generation “Z” and 3% Baby Boomers.
