Creating the perfect place to spend more than 40 hours a week doing the same routine activity is the challenge for the vast majority of companies and we are not only talking about the physical area or the office furniture, we must also pay attention to the work environment, the relationship between the work teams, the dynamics of integration of all those who make up a department, etc.

People from different strata have already recognized time and health as fundamental principles of life. Some organizations, from indifference, came to appreciate corporate social responsibility actions on par with the fulfillment of their financial goals.
And, as in every story, there is the other side of the coin, those organizations that, in a hurry to keep their investments afloat, neglected their people and ended up losing everything or almost everything.

As I mentioned, the voice of the employee is the most important thing when seeking to transform your organization into a better place to work, it is there where the current state of the organization is objectively known, in order to later plan the actions that will lead to that goal.

Once the pandemic started, when we began to reach out to our customers, we didn’t focus on selling, we focused on listening.
