Your mind had been destroyed”; however, all other in-game and later sources, including The New Essential Chronology, and StarWars.com’s Databank, clearly report that the Jedi Council wiped Revan’s memory.
The New Essential Chronology states that “The Jedi Council did not choose not to imprison or execute Revan. Instead they Force-scanned the memories of the Fallen Jedi’s brain, placing Bastila in charge of the mighty warrior who was now less than a blank space.”
