1.YOU FEEL THAT YOUR ENVIRONMENT HAS BECOME TOXIC. When you analyze everything around you, you find toxic people who constantly criticize you or your work, who are negative and do not contribute anything valuable to your life. Observe them well, these people tend to suck our energy and take away our enthusiasm, their presence in your life is something you need to remove immediately, it is a necessary change.
2. YOU ARE NOT HAPPY IN YOUR CURRENT RELATIONSHIP. It is difficult to admit that the person next to you is not the one you need or want. Being with someone who shares your ideals and complements you is a must.

And the fact is that if we do not delve into our most intimate facet looking for the origin of our frustrations, if we do not become fully aware that we are really uncomfortable with our present, we will not be able to end up living according to what our emotions dictate to us and no coherent or lasting changes will take place.
Contrary to what many think, the desire to change is positive and a palpable demonstration of our own evolution, which leads us to be aware of our mistakes and the desire to move forward.
Wanting to get rid of what makes us uncomfortable or what saddens us, … of everything that leaves us at a point of no apparent return, is the first step for the change that is about to boil from within and for all this the most powerful tool we have is positive thinking without forgetting that the main rival to beat is in oneself.

We often set new goals, new routines or new habits. We start very well and then we see how little by little we go back to the initial point, and we get depressed to see that we have not achieved what we wanted, again.
First of all I’m going to start by being a little pessimistic. It is often said that people never change. This is partly true, but it is because people don’t know how to change, and therefore make mistakes. Some people manage to change certain aspects of their lives, but that does not mean that the person has changed.
Suppose a person with a big heart has bad things happen in his life, and he gets angry with himself and starts to behave badly. This person has not changed, he still has a big heart but does not show it.
These blows can be more or less strong, but little by little they straighten us out. There will come a point when you will see the path very clearly, and it will be difficult to get out of it again (you will finally be on the right path, as they say).
